Our Matriarch
Alice's Southern Cuisine is named in honor of our Matriarch, Ms. Alice Banks. Born and raised in the south, Alice's love and fondness of cooking was the heart of our family. Her traditional recipes were always prepared with a care and effortlessness that warmed not only our hearts but also our bellies. "Grams", as she was called by her grandchildren, was the light of our kitchen, and her joy was to see us enjoy every meal.
